Garage Door Pricing & Quotes
Every garage door is different. We give you a written quote on-site after an inspection — and no work happens until you approve the price.
How we price the work
On-site inspection
A technician comes out, looks at your door, springs, cables, and opener, and identifies what actually needs to be fixed or replaced.
Written quote up front
You see the price for parts and labor before any work begins. Service-call fee is often credited toward the repair if you proceed.
Work only after you approve
No surprise add-ons. If we find something during the job that wasn’t in the original quote, we stop and walk you through it.
What drives the price
We don’t publish flat-rate prices because the right answer depends on your specific door, opener, parts availability, and access. Here’s what we look at when we quote.
Service call / inspection
On-site diagnosis. Often credited toward the repair if you proceed.
- Broken spring replacement
Varies by spring type (standard vs. high-cycle), door size, and whether single or pair.
- Cable repair
Typically replaced in matched pairs. Includes re-balancing.
- Opener install / replacement
Belt-drive, chain-drive, or wall-mount. Wi-Fi and battery-backup options add to total.
- Track or panel replacement
Cost depends on damage extent and panel availability for your door model.
- New garage door installation
Material (steel, wood, composite), insulation, glass, and hardware drive the final price.
Why no fixed price list? Spring counts, door weight, cable gauge, opener brand, and ease of access all change the cost. A flat-rate menu would either over-charge simple jobs or under-quote complex ones. We’d rather quote you fairly after looking at the door.
